Excellence in Engineering for Executives - with Mentoring (E3+):

Creating Center of Excellence (CoE):
We create CoEs by developing "Tiger Teams" and own the responsibility of their delivery in areas like advanced analytics, high performance computing, systemic thinking and strategy, and; process analytics and architecture. Tiger teams can be developed from within your staff or from fresh hires. We can create a CoE anywhere in the world if it is within your staff and, in India if you want us to develop, manage them transfer it to you at a later stage.
Emerging Engineering (E2):
This one week program is developed to identify highly motivated and qualified engineering candidates as fresh hires for your enterprise. Each workshop has a one day in-class session and it selects 30 candidates for further processing. This program can be used to screen potential new hires or screen current employees to select candidates for creating tiger teams or center of excellence, or candidates for E3 workshops.
